    Serrania del Interior is a mountain range that stretches along the Caribbean coast of Venezuela. It is a part of the Coastal Cordillera in Caribbean Andes. The maximum height of the mountains in the Serrania del Interior does not exceed 1500 meters so mountain slopes are usually covered with green vegetation.

    Serrania del Interior is located in Venezuela and runs east and west along the Caribbean Sea. This mountain range takes its origin in the west from Lake Valencia and extends up to the wide bay between Cumana and Higuerote.
