The most convenient way to get to the starting point is passing trough Mavrovi Anovi, folowing the R1202 to Debar. After 10km driving from Mavrovi Anovi, you turn right and get off the regional road and start driving the dirt road. Continue driving 12km on the dirt road which takes you to the start point. On the way, you will pass trough the police village Strezimir, where is obligatory to stop and just check in the police, due the fact that mt.Korab is in border zone. Continue on the road after the police and around 7km is the border tower 'Pobeda' where is the start point. The road condition is poor, dirt off road, not quite suitable for regular car. The road is marked with directions for Korab so you should not have any problems navigating. There is terrain transport and mountain guide service, MavrovoOutdoors based in Mavrovi Anovi who provide terrain transport services guiding@mavrovooutdoors.mk , as well for more detailed info for the mountain.
