This fantastic Annapurna Base Camp Trek, takes you to the base of Mt. Annapurna (8091m) which is ranked 10th highest peak in the world and the journey to its base camp is one of the most fascinating treks on earth. There are fewer treks that combine so many different sceneries and bring you so close to the base of 7,000 and 8,000 meter high peaks in such a short period of time as the Annapurna Base Camp Trek.
Like any other treks in the region, Annapurna Base Camp trek also begins from Pokhara, generally known as the "City of Lakes" and city of natural beauty. The trail to Annapurna Base Camp goes through pouring waterfalls, charming villages, terraced rice fields, lush rhododendron forests, and wonderful mountain panoramas before reaching the base of the mighty Annapurna Himalaya. Our 10 days carefully designed Annapurna Base Camp Trek itinerary is intended for those trekkers who would like to trek to the base camp of Annapurna with relaxing time and enough time to get acclimated to avoid getting Acute Mountain Sickens. The Annapurna Base Camp Trek takes 6 to 8 days to get to your dream destination depending on your itinerary and length of walking days. The itinerary offered here is of 10 days package, starting from Nayapul, a one and half hours drive from Pokhara, and going up till Ghorepani to the north and the well-known viewpoint of Poon Hill. From Ghorepani you go eastwards to Chumrung and then north again, entering the Modi Kola Valley up till the Base Camp via Machhapuchhre Base Camp at the elevation of 3700 meters from seas level.
Many other trekkers just trek the circuit Nayaul – Ghorepani – Ghandruk – Nayapul or either Continue through Landruk – Tolka – Australian Camp or Dhampus then end the trek at Phedi, This Trek is called Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek, which is very rewarding in itself. This trek can easily be done with children as well. From Annapurna Base Camp you can return via Jhinu Danda, and give your tired body a well-deserved rest in the delightful hot springs for natural hot spa. Upon your return it is worthwhile visiting one of the Gurung villages of Ghandruk or Landruk depending on your tour plan as well.

It is an exciting and romantic flight that we can enjoy beautiful scenic view of Langtang, Ganesh, Manaslu & Annapurna Himalayan ranges, eye catching landscape. Upon landing in Pokhara we take car/van to Kande and trek to Tolka. Overnight in Tolka.
Trek to Chhumrung (2100m)
We walk a pretty flat trail until Landruk then descend down and trek along the river through Himalpani and cross suspension bridge over Modikhola near New Bridge. Then we walk until reaching Jhinu located on the ridge and continue another one hour steep up to Chhomrong a beautiful Gurung Village which is last human settlement. Stay overnight at lodge.
Trek to Dovan (2630m)
The trail descends down 310 meter through thousands of stone staircase crosses then crosses Chhumrung Khola on bridge and climbs up to Sinuwa at the height of 2340 meter. After having lunch there we walk throughout the cool forest about an hour to Dovan at the elevation of 2630 meter. Stay overnight at lodge.
Trek to Deurali (3200m)
We have a silence jungle walk today to Himalaya from Dovan. It is believed that mountains are sacred and holy. As it is already believed that Annapurna means "full of food" (feminine form), but is normally translated as Goddess of the Harvests. In Hinduism, Annapurna is "... the universal and timeless kitchen-goddess ... the mother who feeds. Without her there is starvation and a universal fear. Her most popular shrine is located in Kashi, on the banks of the river Ganga." Her association with the giving of food (wealth) led her in time to be transformed into Lakshmi, the Goddess of Wealth so from the religious view it is important to respect the Mother Nature, create peaceful and calm surroundings. Stay overnight at lodge.
Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m)
Above Deurali the valley widens and becomes less steep. After walking some stone staircase we reach at the place where some people were killed by avalanche a decade ago. We should not stop in this dangerous place for long time. This place is warned of avalanche so continue trek ahead with aware until you get to safe place. As you walk further, more beautiful White Mountains more seen and close. The trail turns to the left in the valley after Machhapuchhre Base Camp and it is pleasant walk up ABC though the air is thin. You can see 360˙degree Mountain View from Base Camp. There are tremendous view of giant Annapurna I 8091m, Annapurna South 7219m, Machhapuchhre (Mt. Fishtail) 6997m and several other wonderful peaks. Stay overnight at lodge.
