A short drive from Cortina you will have a chance to time travel back into the days and feel yourself a “musher” - a person who travels by dog sled. First, you will meet with dogs and raise your endorphin level from this encounter.
Then a guide will explain you how to handle a team of furry friends and main techniques of the ride (how to stand and hold, etc.). The ride itself will blow you away, especially if you have never done dogsledding before. During the ride you will be surrounded by the amazing natural park of the Dolomites that is UNESCO heritage. It’s not very long, but extremely exciting experience.
