Everest Base Camp Trekking can do minimum 10 days to above after short scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,830m). And it goes through the Sherpa village Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Tyangbuche, Pangbuche, Dingbuche, Lobuje, Gorakshep and fanailly to the Mt. Everest Base camp (5,360m) at hear of the Himalaya. It is worth to visit Kalapattar ((5,560m) view point for the best view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and others mountains. The Khumbu ice fall and Khunbu glacier view is incredible.
For the Everest Kalapattar Trekking you need 2 different permits;
[I] TIMS Cards (Trekkers Information Management System)
[II] Sagarmatha National Park Entry permit.
To make those permits we need your Passport photocopy with valid visa entire of trekking, 4 Copies of passport size photos, travel insurance for evacuation cover if in case you need it during trek.
After lifetime experience in the Khumbu picturesque mountains scenery and unique Sherpa culture. you will return back to Kathmandu by small aircraft. You may extend trip to the Gokyo Valley cross over the Chola Pass (5420m) or Explore in Chhukung valley also. Everest Base Camp Trekking (5,360m) Day to Day Suggested Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu,
Upon arrival at international airport meet assist and transfer to the Hotel (star category, very nice and centrally located at Thamel), take rest and free at afternoon.
Day 02: Trekking permits & Paper work & Guide Introduction.
Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800m) -30 munities, trek to Phakding (2,640m) -3 to 4 hours
Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,430m) -5 to 6 hours
Day 05: Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar and visit Khumjung Village (3,790m)
Day 06: Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3,867m) -5 to 6 hours
Day 07: Tyangboche to Dingboche (4,300m) -5 to 6 hours
Day 08: Acclimatization day at Dingboche
Day 09: Dingboche to Lobuche (4,930m) -5 to 6 hours
Day 10: Lobuche to Gorakshep (5,140m) - 3 hours & Everest Base Camp (5,360m) -2 to 3 hours
Day 11: Gorakshep to Kalapater (5,550m) -2 hours & Stroll back to Pheriche (4,240m) -5 to 6 hours
Day 12: Pheriche to Tyangboche (3867m) - 4 to 5 hours
Day 13: Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (3430m) - 4 to 5 hours
Day 14: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,800m) - 6 to 7 hours
Day 15: Fly back to Kathmandu.
Day 16: final Departure to your Destination
