Trekking to the heart of the Pamirs is a great opportunity to touch the big mountains, see the mountainous country - Kyrgyzstan from the inside, in all its glory, this is a combination of the experience of staying at the heights up to 5100 m and immersion in the culture of the Kyrgyz, as well as enjoying the wild nature of the country safely, smoothly and with comfort.
During 9 days of travel through the South of Kyrgyzstan you will get acquainted with the unique nature of the region, visit three climatic zones: semi desert, temperate and the belt of eternal ice. Our trekking will pass through the Pamir-Alai and will start from the village of Kojo-Kelen (Great Khoja), where there are fabulous orange-red rocks and a blue grotto. You will discover the corners of amazing Kyrgyzstan, untouched nature and amazing villages, where the citizens have not yet reached civilization. Make a pedestrian crossing over the Jiptik Pass (4185m), along the way you will get to know the nomadic way of life of the Kyrgyz people. At the top of the pass is a stunning panorama of the Zaalaysky Range and the famous Lenin Peak (7134m). Visit the base camp of the climbers of Lenin Peak, where hundreds of climbers from all over the world come each season to conquer this peak. Climb to the first camp (4400m.) And walk along the glacier of Lenin, in cats! The final stage of our trip will be a one-day ascent to the peak of Yukhina (5074m) - possibly, to your first five-thousandth.

Meeting at the airport of Osh. Transfer to the village of Kojo-Kelen, 4 hours. The village is located at an altitude of 2230 m above sea level. Accommodation in the house of a local resident. Briefing. Easy trekking on the very beautiful Red Mountains. Gorges, defiles, rocks and forests, waterfall, 3 hours. Night in the house of a local resident.

Transfer to the Jiptik Pass. On the way we get acquainted with the nomadic way of life of the Kyrgyz people. We try national dishes, watch the preparation of the national drink Kumys, flat cakes Kuymak and Borsokov. Along the way we will meet half-wild yaks. Halfway to the pass there’s a tent camp awaiting us where we spend a night at 2800 m. In the afternoon we make an acclimatization ascent to a height of 3400 m.

Crossing the Jiptik Pass (4185 m). Early exit at 5:00. Within 5 hours we go to 1400 m, slowly, slowly. Meet the dawn on the pass! Pamir, the peak of Lenin - as in the palm of your hand. Descent takes about 2 hours. The car is awaiting us downhill, we go to the base camp of Lenin Peak, 3600m, 1.5 hours.

After breakfast, we make a light journey to the camp 1 (4400m). The path goes through the famous Lukovaya meadow and, further, through the pass of Travelers. The transition takes about 6 hours, slowly, with stops and photo sessions. At the beginning of the journey we will be accompanied by marmots - large rodents, there are a lot of them. Night in the tent.

Today is a day of rest, but an active one (spare day in case of no weather). After lunch, we go out to the body of the glacier of Lenin and make a short trip in cats studying grottoes, cracks and crevices of a huge glacier. Night in the tent.
The length of the glacier is about 13 km. It descends from the very peak of Lenin. At the top of the glacier the icefall passes through - an amazing place where, breaking off a steep slope, the glacier is strongly broken by chaotic cracks. Huge seracs, clumps of ice hanging over the precipice sometimes crash down with a crash, the glacier is moving!
We examine the icefall from afar. All movement on the glacier will be conducted under the guidance of an experienced instructor, with a rope and other devices. You will have an extremely safe and exciting journey through the eternal ice!

The day of ascent to the peak of Yukhina, 5074 m. Night in the tent.
The peak is located near Camp 1. Only 20 minutes walk.from the camp to the beginning of the ascent. Technically, the route is very simple and doesn’t require special skills. Any healthy person, with moderate physical preparation can climb to the peak. We ascent with trekking sticks. You can see the snow-covered northern wall of Lenin Peak from the mountain, it's like in the palm of your hand! And also a view of the valley, with green meadows and pastures.

Trekking time: 4 hours
After breakfast, we put forward on the return journey, from camp 1 to the Base Camp, through the Passengers' Pass. And on the same day we are moving to Osh. Recreation. Overnight at the hotel.

Car ride: 5 hours
Transfer to the airport. Flight home.
The program is built so that you could smoothly acclimatize to the altitude, minimizing the likelihood of mountain sickness. Follow the guide's instructions and you will see all the power and beauty of the big mountains.
