Full description
One day of climbing in Vitosha mountain. From May till November.
With this program you will have chance to learn the basic knowledge of climbing or improve your ability, if you still do not have self confidence to work with climbing gear, to set anchors, to abseil.
Vitosha mountain rises right above Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. In the heart of mountain, only 20km. from the city center, is located granite rock formation called Komini. These are three separated rocks with height from 50 to 80m. The place offers awesome opportunities for beginners and intermediate climbers. Suitable for families with children (age 7+). Walking time 20-30min. You will be picked up and driven to the exit point of the walking path by your instructor. The showed price is per person.

Day 1
Practise on real rock
At about 8.00h. (according to our arrangement) you will be picked up from your accommodation in Sofia and driven to the exit point of the walking path. It follows approximately 20-30 min of walk and will reach our goal - the rock formation Komini. Depends on your ability and knowledge you will learn "the first steps" of rock climbing, or you will have opportunity to gain skills for working with the gear, rules for personal safety on the rock, setting anchors, organizing abseil. At about 17.00h. you will be driven back to your accommodation.
Day 1
Practise on real rock
At about 8.00h. (according to our arrangement) you will be picked up from your accommodation in Sofia and driven to the exit point of the walking path. Follows approximately 20-30 min. walk and we will reach our goal - the rock formation Komini. Depends on your ability and knowledge you will learn "the first steps" of rock climbing starting on top rope, or you will have opportunity to gain skills for working with the gear, rules for personal safety on the rock, setting anchors, organizing abseil. At about 17.00h. you will be driven back to your accommodation.
