Gudauri is one of the main ski resorts in The Republic of Georgia. Situated in the region of Dusheti in the municipality of Kazbegi at 2200 metres Gudauri lies on the southern slopes of the Caucasus mountain range, the highest range of mountains in Europe. Using Gudauri as our base we'll take you back-country into some of the most remote areas of this former Soviet Republic to experience the ultimate off-piste adventure. Our Georgian, English speaking, guides have an intimate knowledge of the very best off-piste back-country skiing available in the area along with the expertise to fill your holiday with thrills and excitement whilst making your safety a number one priority.
Carve your way down pristine virgin snow from 3300 meters peaks.
Discover ancient monasteries and the ruins of Erkhoti along 2400 meter ridges.
Ski through pine forests and valleys in the shadow of 4-5000 meter plus mountains.

Transfer day
You will be met at Tbilisi international airport by one of our team before transfer to your hotel in Gudauri.
Transfer by 4x4 vehicles to Gudauri/ Hotel check-in Gudauri. 1.5-2 hour

Day 2
Mt. Chrdili- Gudauri
After taking on plenty of carbs at breakfast we start the morning with an avalanche briefing including tour rules followed by a warm up skin of 300 metres to Mt Chrdili (2500 metres) Followed by a thrilling first descent into Gudauri.

After lunch we take the lift up to the highest station Sadzele (3300m) before heading for the Kobi Pass at (3000 m) for an afternoon full of freeriding and 1300 metres of descent back to the vehicle before the return drive to Gudauri and the comfort of our hotel.

Day 3
Mleta - Lomisi Ridge - Mt. Bidara
Today we transfer by vehicle to the village of Mleta before skinning/ skiing to Lomisi peak, where the 7th century Lomisi monastery is located here we have a chance to meet the monks living there and hear the legend of this this ancient monastery along a ridge at 2400m with spectacular views over the high Causasus before enjoying the (800 metres) of descent back to the vehicle for a transfer on to our next start point.

In the afternoon we head for the Jvari pass, and begin our tour to Mt. Bidara at 3000m with a 650 vertical meters of ascent. On the top we can enjoy a small stop and tea with stunning views over the Gudauri resort and Caucasus valleys followed by an incredible descent of 1000 m right back to the hotel door.

Day 4
Jvari Pass- Mt. Dedaena Plateau
We start the day with a 15 minute transfer from our hotel to the foot of Mt. Dedaena standing at 3449m and climb to a plateau at 3000m where we are met by stunning 360 views over the Caucasus. After a briefing and explanation of the route we head down this superb descent of 1000m back to our waiting vehicle for our transfer back to Gudauri.

Day 5
Mt Miketi- Mt Sheli
Today we transfer by vehicle to the village of Mleta. We start our tour from the lowest serpentine on the way to Gudauri , after crossing the white Aragvi river we pass the small settlement of Ganisi and the ruins of Erkhoti until we reach a plateau at approximately 2200m. From the plateau we climb mount Sheli (2579m) and continue to the peak of mount Miketi (2940m). After enjoying the amazing views from Miketi peak and a small break we head down this superb descent of 1100m back to our waiting vehicle for our transfer back to Gudauri.

Day 6
Sioni- Narvani- Kaparchina Mountains- Sioni
Following our transfer to Sioni valley on the northern side of the jvari pass we start our ascent at 2100m from sioni valley and climb to 3200m where we follow the ridge connecting the narvani – kaparchina Mountains if the weather is favourable we can enjoy the imposing view of the legendary Mt. Kazbegi at 5047m and the stunning Truso valley. Our return descent takes us back down untouched slopes of 1100m to Sioni.

Day 7
Sightseeing in Tbilisi
Today is a free day to discover the delights of this Ancient and historical capital situated on the old silk road at the crossroads of Europe and Asia. Our hotel is situated a 5 minute walk from Tbilisi old town where there are many café’s, restaurants, bars and of course shops to buy souvenirs to take back home. Narikala fortress stands watching over the old town and it’s a short walk or gondola ride to the castle which provides 360 views over the city, along the fortified walls is the Mother of Georgia standing guard over this beautiful city. And we can soothe our aching limbs in the ancient sulfur baths.
