Full description

The Tres Cruces massif is a mountain range of three high peaks aligned from north to south. North (6030 m), Central (6629 m), and South (6748 m), the fifth highest peak in America.

In this expedition, you could ascend this three summits, located in a very isolate and remote corner of the Puna de Atacama, the vast high plateau that holds some of the highest peaks in the all Andes range.

The approach and the climb to these peaks require a good dosis of determination in a austere enviroment. If you are looking for a high altitude goal far away of the crowdy mountaineering centers, the Tres Cruces massif is your place then.
