COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

We at Mountain Planet always put safety first, and not just in the mountains. The situation in the world is very unstable and you can't be 100% sure of anything.  But we want to make sure that your trip to the mountains actually happens and that you plan your next trip and don't have to worry about the risks of cancellation.

We guarantee a 100% refund in case your trip cannot take place due to the COVID-19 precaution measures (borders closed, no air travel, no possibility or time to apply for a visa, etc.).

The main condition for refund is that you have booked your trip and paid the deposit from March 15, 2020 to August 30, 2020 (or until the opening of the borders and the air service at the destination country for foreign tourists) and inform us about cancellation at least 1 week before the tour starts.

In case you paid the deposit before March 15, 2020 or after the official opening of the borders with the destination country for foreign tourists, the deposit is non-refundable.
But despite this, we are always ready to take your side and offer an alternative:

- to postpone the travel dates to a later date with no extra fees.
- transfer your paid deposit to any other trip from Mountain Planet
- in case none of the above is suitable for you, we can offer you an unlimited voucher from Mountain Planet for the amount of your paid deposit, which allows you to use it for any other trip through Mountain Planet in the future.

The impact of the coronavirus on the tourism industry has also affected us, but we are doing everything we can to make sure that your trip to the mountains happens no matter what!
