What we do
We add mountains to people’s lives. Each mountain has its own character, its own temper, and we will advise, which mountain fits you. We make mountains closer, more safe and accessible. We make going to the mountains easier, quicker and more convenient. We make it so you get to the place, where people live happily — the mountains.
How we do it
There are a lot of mountains. But not too many. Modern technology allows us to work with greater amounts of data, and we use it to our advantage. We gathered and described every mountain and every destination. We where each destination is, how to get there, how to get around and why it’s nice there.
We know everything about every mountain on planet Earth and we tell you about it. And by the way, not only on Earth.
There are many guides, from UIAGM certified ones, to uncertified locals who lived in the mountains their whole life.
You need different guides for different routes. Sometimes you need hyper-qualification, sometimes knowing the locale and its culture is more important.
We gathered many guides from all around the Globe, and for each route, the
optimal ones were selected. They will provide you with a meaningful and safe
experience, and it won’t break the bank. We help our guides grow and improve
professionally.

When you send us a request, our guide will contact you, and you can ask him (or her) anything - what kind of boots should you get, how cold it’s going to be out there, do you have to do any special training and how to do it, why is the sky blue (just kidding, you know that already).

“More than 25 years of my life I spent in the mountains – as an athlete, guide, client, rescuer,
equipment consultant.
When I felt that I became a “walking mountain Wikipedia”, I decided to share my knowledge with
the world and future generations.
Initially I founded Mountain Planet as a mountain knowledge database and interactive platform for the global Alpine Community.
My main goal was to make mountains safer and more accessible for people all over the world, as well as encourage people to embrace healthy lifestyle and engage in outdoor activities. I created a collaborative online encyclopedia with all mountains on Earth marked, and developed an online platform for guides and enthusiasts to interact.
It turned out that professional guides are not the best when it comes to describing and selling their services, all they want is to guide and don’t waste time on administrative things. As a mountain guide and business consultant I decided to find a solution and take it to the next level.”
