Full description

A multi-day tour, which combines bicycling and trekking in the mountains. You can enjoy active rest to the full extent. Moreover, you will be able to witness the real nomadic life of the Kyrgyz people. Additionally, you will observe the Terskey-Alatoo mountain range from an unusual angle, at the foot of which the city of Karakol and numerous villages are located.

During the trekking, the whole Issyk-Kul province will be visible from the mountain range Kungey-Alatoo like in the palm of your hand. In fine weather you will be able to see the highest peaks of Kyrgyzstan: Khan-Tengri and Pobeda Peak.

Day 1:

Meeting at the airport "Manas", transfer to Karakol. Dinner. Accommodation in a guest house.

Day 2:

Early breakfast. Start of the bike tour from the city of Karakol (1800 m.) towards the mountain range Kungey-Ala-Too, through the Issyk-Kul valley. On this Day we have to drive 50 km. Stop for the Lunch. Setting up the camp in the valley at an altitude (1700 m.). Dinner. Overnight in tents.

Day 3:

The morning begins with breakfast. Start of the journey on bicycles. After a short drive we will hide the bikes in a safe place in the forest and we will walk another 2 km. Setting up the camp. Dinner. Overnight in tents. (2700m.)

Day 4:

Breakfast. Ascent along the gorge to the Pyramid Peak (3700m.). You will be able to observe a full panorama of the whole Issyk-Kul region. On the way back we will visit the mountain lake Kok-Kel. Descent to the camp. We will dismantle the tents, pack our gear and go down to the place of the first overnight stay in the valley. Setting up the camp, dinner. Overnight in tents

Day 5:

The last day of our active program. Breakfast. Downhill to Karakol city. The path runs along public roads, through fields and villages. Upon arrival to the city, accommodation in the guest house. Dinner.

Day 6:

Breakfast. Transfer from Karakol to Bishkek, airport "Manas". End of the program.

Please Note : It is necessary to have warm clothes, spare clothes, good boots and spare sport shoes, a rain jacket, sun glasses, sunblock (cream). If you have a specific disease, you should have your own first aid kit with the necessary medicines.
