We will meet at 8AM at JR Hakuba Station and head to Happo-One Ski Resort by taxi. You don’t need to carry ski equipment with you as we will take it for rent at the ski resort. Kazuo will make sure you are fully equipped and comfortable. Then we will take a gondola to reach the top station. On the way you will enjoy the magnificent mountain view and take some photos at the top.

Once we reach the top Kazuo will show you essential safety and skiing techniques, explain you how to use ski tour equipment or give you some tips if you already have experience. First of all, we will do some skiing to check out your skills and let guide focus on improvement areas. Then we will walk from the top station to the upper off-piste to go down the slope named “Garagara Sawa”.

After the thorough practice we will have lunch at the rest house in the ski area. This break is needed to power up with energy and have rest before you continue skiing. You have opportunity to ask questions and share your impressions. Kazuo can tell you a lot about the place and suggest the best spots to visit in the area. We will continue skiing at around 3M and then we'll make our way back the same way.
