Day 1

Meeting with driver at Manas airport. Transfer to the east side through Boom Gorge to alpine lake Issyk-Kul. Driving on the north shore of the lake. Lunch on the way in cafe. Continue to drive to Karakol. Arrival to Karakol and accommodation at hotel. Meeting with guide and prepare for trek. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 2

Departure from Karakol town to Kyzyl-suu valley. Transfer from Karakol to Kyzyl-suu, until the conflux with Asan valley. Lunch. Briefing, acquaintance with the team. Acclimatization easy hike, in the surroundings. Dinner and camping.

Day 3

A light day, with beautiful views and a smooth climb. The first acquaintance with the mountains of Kyrgyzstan will happen here, you will be amazed by the beauty of nature and wild place

Day 4

Hike from Asan valley to Djety-Oguz valley. Djety Oguz, the extraordinary 'Valley of Seven Bulls', is famous for its unusually bright, red sandstone rock formations. Further climbing towards Telety pass. Dinner and camping (2500m). Lunch on the way.

Day 5

Climbing to Telety pass (3800m). There are two steep ascents at the beginning of this pass, but you will be amazed by the view. Descent from the pass to Telety - East valley until the first convenient place to have lunch. After lunch coming down to Karakol valley. Camping (2400 m) at the conflux of Telety East and Karakol valleys. Dinner and camping in tents.

Day 6

Climbing to Ala-kul lake (3533m) by Kurgaktor gorge. The lake is 2.3 km wide and 700 meters across, frozen from October to May and and surrounded by peaks and glaciers, you will be amazed by Terskey Ala-Too summits, such as: Karakol peak, Djigit peak and Tashtanbek. Dinner and camping on the shore of the lake.

Day 7

Overpassing Ala-kul pass, you will get through Slopes of the gorge are covered by pine and leafy forests. Altyn Arashan is famous for it’s curative hot springs. You will have an opportunity to relax in hot springs with radon water, to take a shower and ride a horse. Here you will see the beginning of Arashan river and Palatka peak 5020m. Dinner and overnight in guesthouse.

Day 8

We descent down by Ak-suu village along Altyn-Arashan valley, where the car will pick you up and take to Karakol and then to Bokonbaevo village. Where we will stay at yurt camp which is located on the south shore of Issyk-Kul lake. Accommodation and dinner in yurt camp.
