SAM Travel Peru is the only tour operator with its own scenic and cultural trekking route, that TREKS COMPLETELY OFF THE BEATEN PATH with the LARES TREK TO MACHU PICCHU. You pass through the most isolated indigenous communities keeping the Inca culture alive, and get the privilege to interact with them. Our own unique route is incredibly picturesque, with majestic ice glaciers, shockingly blue glacial lakes, waterfalls, llamas, and alpacas. We are the only tour operator that includes the PISAC INCA RUINS on top of the Lares Trek to Machu Picchu. Due to lack of time the 3 day Lares Trek is unable to visit the Lares Hot Springs which is possible on the 4 day Lares Trek.
SAM TRAVEL PERU is a 100% locally family owned Travel Company that creates customized uniquely designed adventure treks and tours to untouchable wilderness places, OFF THE BEATEN TRACK, in the Andes Mountains of Peru. By designing our own treks and tours we offer our clients an adventure of a lifetime, a more enjoyable experience, and added value for their money that other companies may not do. Saul Alvarez, SAM TRAVEL PERU’s owner and manager is an experienced guide and knows what people want in a trek or tour.
