MOUNT RAJAH (CHAMANG APPROACH)

2 Days and 1 Night hiking and camping trip to Mount Rajah via Chamang (Malay: Gunung Rajah). Standing at 1684 m tall, Mount Rajah is one one of the challenging mountain to climb located next to Chamang Waterfall at Bentong town, Pahang. There is an alternative route to climb Rajah from Kuala Kubu Baru in Selangor. It can be reached within 12-13 hours of normal pace hiking from Kuala Kubu Baru route. This mountain bring a challenge to your physical fitness due to its time-consuming and length route (32km for a return trip).

Unfamiliar wilderness, rugged terrain and mysterious location - these elements were exciting enough to lure you into climbing Mount Rajah. The first part of the journey takes three hours to the first pit-stop, a breathtaking waterfall which formed part of the gigantic Chamang waterfalls complex.Beyond the waterfall was the official obstacle of a rugged terrain that will challenge any climbers.
