It's great vertical relief over the valley makes it an impressive peak. There is more technical climbing with some rope lengths of steeper hard snow and ice. There are no horses so you will need to carry your gear (20-25 kilos), which makes it a good workout over two days.

PRICE: u$s 260 p/p (min. 2 pax)

Hi! I'm an independent mountaineering guide, native of Argentina.

Cusco is unlike any place in the world. Mountaineering has in Cusco, an incomparable scenery: a unique concentration of mountains without agglomerations of climbers, a benign climate most of the year and a relatively easy access to totally isolated environments. Thanks to this unique combination, Cusco is considered one of the most attractive destinations for mountain climbers from all over the world.
