Full description
We'll meet up near the White Tower of Thessaloniki and have a short drive to Arsakeio school and start our hike. Our destination is Seih Sou forest - the main lung of Thessaloniki. This beautiful forest is perfect destination to escape the bustle of the big city. We will enjoy a light to sometimes moderate difficulty hike, enjoy magnificent panoramic views of Thessaloniki and Thermaikos Gulf, and just breathe fresh air.
Through the forest we'll make our way to Panorama village, where we will try a true local delicacy - Trigona Panoramatos. These are very delicate pastries that are native to this village. It is sort of a Greek cannoli. Don't waste your chance to try it!
When we're done enjoying sweets, we'll continue our walk to get back to Arsakeio school and then drive back to Thessaloniki.
