Bengali mountaineer Satyarup Siddhanta became the youngest mountaineer in the world to complete both the Seven Summits and the Seven Volcanic Summits. Satyarup achieved this feat at the age of 35 years 262 days when he scaled Mt. Sidley (4285m) in Antarctica on 16th January, 2019. He has surpassed Australian mountaineer Daniel Bull who had made this record at the age of 36 years 157 days.

The Seven Summits:
Mt. Kilimanjaro (5885m): He first summited the highest peak of Africa on June 29, 2012, at 9:30am via the Machame Route. On June 14, 2018, he led a team of 5 to the top again via the same route.
Mt. Elbrus (5642m): On June 27, 2013, Satyarup summited the highest mountain of Europe.
Mt. Aconcagua (6962m): Satyarup climbed Mt. Aconcagua, the highest non-technical mountain in the world on January 13, 2014.
Mt. Denali (6194m): He scaled the highest peak in North America on June 23, 2014 from West Buttress route unguided. This climb is considered to be the fastest unguided ascent from India.
Mt. Kosciuszko (2228m): On June 12, 2015, he successfully climbed the highest peak in Australia via the normal route unguided.
Mt. Everest (8848m): Satyarup successfully climbed the highest peak of the world and of Asia on May 21, 2016 via the standard route from Nepal Side.
Carstensz Pyramid (4884m): Satyarup successfully climbed the highest peak of Oceania by the Suangama Jungle Route on June 13, 2017.
Vinson Massif (4892m): Satyarup successfully climbed the highest peak in Antartica, taking the normal route and completing the seven summits on December 15, 2017.
The Seven Volcanic Summits:
Mt. Kilimanjaro (5895m): He scaled it twice on June 29, 2012 and June 14, 2018. It is situated in the African continent.
Mt. Elbrus (5642m): On June 27, 2013, Satyarup summited the highest mountain of Europe.
Mt. Ojos Del Salado (6893m): On January 15, 2018, he scaled this mountain. He was the 2nd Indian to summit after Malli Mastan Babu. It is situated on the Argentina-Chile border and the highest active volcano in the world.
Mt. Damavand (5610m): It is the highest peak in Iran and the highest volcano in Asia. On September 10, 2018, he successfully ascent this peak.
Mt. Giluwe (4367m): On November 9, 2018 he scaled the highest volcano in Oceania.
Mt. Pico De Orizaba (5636m): On December 5, 2018, he scaled the highest volcano in North America.
Mt. Sidley (4285m): It is the highest volcano in Antarctica. He summited on 16 January 2019.
